Sunset LightningPosted by Food (Las Cruces, NM, United States) on 24 February 2009 in Plant & Nature and Portfolio. I had been chasing storms around the Mesilla Valley all one summer evening, trying to catch a bolt of lightning in a shot. I figured my odds were pretty good with the storms raging around me, but I could never make it work. Finally the sun started setting and there was this amazing radiant glow. I clicked this picture and said, "Whoah!" Any comments are welcome. See more at my flckr site: http://www.flickr.com/photos/70517788@N00/
